What is molecular hydrogen?

Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is a natural gas composed of two hydrogen atoms.
It is the lightest substance in nature, yet with a powerful effect: when inhaled into the body, it rapidly penetrates cells and helps protect against oxidative damage.
